The Don District Salmon Fishery Board is the statutory body tasked with protecting and enhancing stocks of salmon and sea trout across the district.

The District Salmon Fishery Boards represent, co-ordinate and promote the interests of Scottish salmon and sea trout fisheries and generally undertake such steps as may be desirable for the protection, preservation and development of salmon fisheries of Scotland whilst having a regard for the environment and other fauna and flora.

River Don on TV, Turas a' Bhradain Tue 20th March at 8.30pm (20th. Mar)

This evening the Gaelic fishing programme Turas a' Bhradain will be showing a programme covering the NE rivers on BBC Alba. The programme was recorded last year and covered the Don and Dee amoungst other rivers. More
